Alianza
Task: Develop a whole new brand identity, from look to brand voice, for an agency working with survivors of domestic violence for the past 40 years. Process: Workshops and listening sessions to uncover the new name and get to the heart of the organization’s story. Work with a four-person creative team to create a new look, feel, and website. Outcome: New name, new logo, new brand voice, new website with clear and compelling copy.
Eastworks
Task: Promote Eastworks’ annual open studios. Research the history of the old mill, interview the businesses and artists who reside there, and articulate why this space is so important to the community it serves. Process: Interview over 20 artists, business owners and residents of this old mill building. Outcome: Three articles. A story well-told.
Greenfield Community College
Task: Tell the story of the new president and the upcoming inauguration. Process: Conduct and transcribe interviews — tease out the most important elements of the story and put them to the page. Outcome: Part bio, part press release — an article that tells the story and draws people to the event.
1440 Multiversity
Task: Assemble course descriptions and teacher bios in the voice of 1440. Find practical and applicable ways to talk about spirituality, philosophy, and personal growth. Process: High level editing and proofreading. Outcome: Descriptions that are as clear as they are inspiring.
Maureen-Elise Quinn
Task: Complete overhaul of web copy. Process: Work with client one on one to strategize layout and messaging. Create a consistent story across the website — one that promotes a brand and sells Maureen’s services. Outcome: New copy. More clarity. More business.
